80 Day Obsession BOOTY Workout Review

Wait…did I just say “80 Day Obsession Booty Workout Review“?? What does that even mean? From doing INSANITY Max 30 to the Perfect Storm Workout, I am now submitting myself to a “Booty Workout”? What has happened to me this year?

Well, I supposed 739 active calories and 881 total calories working the “booty” makes it legit??

80 Day Obsession Booty Workout Review

Your 80 Day Obsession Booty Workout will start with 5 series and 2 sets (on week 1, followed by 3 sets week 2).

SERIES 1: Glute Bridge

  • Glute Bridge
  • Bridge to Clam
  • 1st Position Bridge

SERIES 2: Quad Ped

  • Straight Leg Lift
  • Toe Taps Across & Side
  • Circles

SERIES 3: Side Lying

  • Toe Taps Front & Bank
  • Clams
  • Press Backs

SERIES 4: Standing

  • Standing Hinge
  • Leg Press Side
  • Bend Over Press Back

SERIES 5: Moving

  • Squat Side-to-Sie
  • Duck Walk
  • Side Lunges

The 80 Day Obsession equipment that you’ll need for this workout are: Resistance Loops, and your blue comfort mat!
