Today I am giving you my 80 Day Obsession Cardio Core Review specifically focusing on Phase 1. 80 Day Obsession, if you haven’t already figured it out from my other posts, ROCKS because it shows you a different workout each day. What this means is that you don’t have the same old jokes, moves, and instructions from the trainer week-after-week. Instead, each day is a different recorded workout.
80 Day Obsession Cardio Core is the workout that has a mixture of cardio and abs moves. You start with 2 cardio moves in the very beginning:
- Single Leg Skips
- Single Leg Squat Jumps

80 Day Obsession Cardio Core Review – The Sliders!
After you complete those first two moves, you’ll get to whip out the Sliders. Do you remember what the sliders are? Yes, those beautiful blue discs that kick your butt and shape your abs and @$$.
- Slow Sliders – in plank position, you bring in a leg one at a time (wow this killed my abs right from the beginning!)
