Another importance part of 80 Day Obsession is to ensure that you do NOT screw up the other 23 hours of your day. This means that you take the proper time to:
- Eat the RIGHT food based on the nutrition guide (portion control containers are the way to go)
- Sleep enough (8 hours)
- Drink enough water
- Have the motivation to be the winner that you are!
