The FIVE Things You Really Need for 80 Day Obsession Equipment
There have been plenty of times I had equipment recommendations that aren’t necessary (see: P90X3 Equipment as an example).
But, for 80 Day Obsession equipment, there are 3 absolutely MUST HAVES, and then 2 recommendations that are optional based on your workout floor and overall goal.
#1: Light, Medium, and Heavy Dumbbells
All based around what you feel your comfort (and yet challenge) level is with the workouts. Pick a range of dumbbells (weights) that will serve you well. Keep in mind, you probably will need to adjust your weights upward as you get stronger with the program!
#2: Resistance Loops
This is one of the 80 Day Obsession equipment pieces that if you don’t get them, you’ll feel like you’re missing the bus. You will use the resistance loops for leg, abs, and arms exercises in a LOT of the workouts!
Yellow is lightest resistance, Green is medium resistance, and Blue is strongest resistance. Oh and FYI: You’ll get a pack of two of each when you order using the link below!
#3: Strength Sliders
These things are going to rock, and I’m excited to use them on my own 80 Day Obsession journey!! They come with booties that you put on the bottom of them if you want to use them on a hardwood or concrete floor. If you’re using them on carpet/etc, then you can take the booties off. These sliders will take your CORE to a whole new level folks!!! A WHOLE new level!!
