Ah, it seems to be the age-old problem: How can we get kids to eat fruits and veggies? Just the other day Mackenzie, our 6 year old, had an issue with what we had on the dinner table, and she “wasn’t hungry”. Then, dessert time roles around, and Guess who is hungry??
It’s time to make things happen folks. Today I’m giving you THREE tips you can start using today to help your kids eat better, including my Daily Sunshine Review, which we will get to in the video below.

If you hate videos, this next section is for you!
Tip #1 – Find Alternative “Dips” to get the fruits and veggies in!
While I caution you to ensure you don’t opt for sugary dips, this can be a great way to get veggies flowing!! Recently we gave Mackenzie broccoli with an organic ranch dip. She totally loves it now!! For the first time in her life, she is now eating broccoli and we want to keep this trend rolling!
Tip #2 – Introduce an Award System
If you are running up against a wall, introduce a reward system:
“If you eat x amount of veggies, you can have 1 piece of dessert”. This also helps showcase the importance of hard work and it’s payoffs for doing the right thing!
Tip #3 – Supplement with Daily Sunshine
With all of the organic fruit and veggies, Daily Sunshine is Sweet Life Fitness approved! Mackenzie (and her younger sister Hannah) LOVE the chocolate flavor the best.
I hope you found value in this post and my Daily Sunshine review. Have you tried any of these tips? How did it work for you? Also, let us know what other tips you have!
