It’s the annual time of the year where “National Screw It Week” occurs. Where our good intentions come to die. But NOT this year!!! It’s time to live the Sweet Life and rid ourselves of the Mom and Dad Bod!
The TOP 5 FITNESS EXCUSES (And how to Stop Them)
First off my friend, it is PERFECTLY NORMAL to have obstacles, and reasons to have excuses. The trick and secret is to not allow us to fall into the trap of letting our excuses RUN (or ruin) our lives and goals.
In today’s video, I explored the TOP 5 FITNESS EXCUSES (and my tips on how to STOP them immediately).
Excuse #1: I don’t have the time.
Excuse #2: I am TOO TIRED to workout (proven wrong by Dr Spencer of Mind of the Athlete)
Excuse #3: My workouts are WAY TOO BORING (Zzzzz)
Excuse #4: My KIDS are getting in the way!
Excuse #5: I am TOO FAT and Uncoordinated for my workouts
