P90 Sweat B Review – What to Know and What to Do
You will be introduced to 10 different moves that are repeated twice during this 32 minute workout. Don’t worry if you don’t get it quite right on the first round knowing that you’ll have the opportunity to do it again for round #2.
TIP: If by any means you feel wiped out or that it’s too much, don’t hesitate or feel bad if you stick with Sweat A and Sculpt A for another few weeks. It’s perfectly OK to build up your foundation instead of being frustrated!!! Trust me, it’s our biggest Sweet Life secret to success….slow and steady!
The moves you’ll see in P90 Sweat B include:
- Kayak Knee Lift (Warm-Up)
- Jog in Place (Warm-Up)
- Sun Salutations (Warm-Up)
- Lateral Run Squats
- Front to Side Jacks
- Jab, Upper Elbow, Kick
- Side Lunge Row
- Hook, Cross, Push
- 2 Speed Tires
- Down Strike, Sprawl
- Climbers Combo
- Jump Front Kicks
You’ll then be greeted with a nice 30 minute water break, and then repeat all of the moves above (except the warm-up moves).
After the second round, it’s cooldown time!
