It’s a question I often get when someone starts their new P90X, P90X2, or P90X3 journey. Can I use resistance bands instead of Dumbbells or Resistance bands and STILL get good results? Or, are resistance bands considered an “easy way out”? Today I’ll answer both of those questions!

What does this mean?
If you want to get amazing results with resistance bands (and you absolutely can get great results), don’t settle for the cheap or lighter resistance bands! The goal with any workout is to push yourself to a point where you are working hard. If you are comfortable with a workout, are you really changing your body? Are you challenging your muscles to improve and grow?
With that in mind, make sure you get the right type of resistance bands. You can get them here on the site which varying levels of resistances (meaning they can perform well at 10, 15, 25, even 50 pounds of resistance.
