Have you heard about the new Beachbody Nutrition App? If you’ve been following me for any period of time, you’ll remember my original story where I talked about how I failed at nutrition quite a few times!
Then, I finally discovered the importance of following the portion control containers and BOOM my Insanity Max 30 results were amazing (in my opinion!).
But back then, I would have to take printed out sheets each week and write down what I was eating daily. It was quite honestly…annoying! But now, we have the Beachbody Nutrition App which allows you to do all of this from the comfort of your phone!
Beachbody Nutrition App – Worth it?
Well, considering this app is FREE and there are no annoying adds or shenanigans within the app, I’ll say it right now: Yes, it is worth it!
The first thing you’ll see anytime you log into the Beachbody Nutrition app is your dashboard. Within your dashboard, you can track your containers, your water, your weight, and your Shakeology for the day.
Now, throughout your day, as you eat based on your nutrition plan of choice, you add your meals in.
Here is an example for Lunch Time. You would use the “+” to add containers based on what you ate. If I eat 4oz chicken with rice I would choose 1 red and 1 yellow container. Again, refer to your nutrition plan for what works best for your program of choice.
