KSM-66 (Ashwagandha)
Ashwagandha is a herb that I’ve always had appreciation for in a supplement. This extract can help increase testosterone (good levels for BOTH men and women), boost energy, and enhance physical abilities.
Selenium SeLECT
This is a mineral found in the soil which is also well reviewed by WebMD as well. What this does is that it helps increase antioxidant effects. While there are still studies in process, there is examination as to selenium’s effect on treating or preventing certain cancers.
Chromium
Chromium is known to help regulate certain blood sugar levels while also helping maintain a healthy BMI.
L-OptiZinc
This is basically Zinc, which is a great mineral that helps improve brain function and aid in immune health. I found this to be half decent when it comes down to immune support, especially for muscle breakdown/etc that happens during the course of working out (and of course reducing the issues of cortisol hormone).
Bioperine
This is a black pepper that can help ingredient absorption with various nutrients. This is great for the other good foods you’ll eat throughout the day (better absorption means better benefits – just eat clean and eat right!).
Disappointments with MDrive Elite Review
Before I started taking the MDrive Elite product, I did my own research. I looked at a lot of personal reviews from many people. A few of the issues that I read about are:
MDrive Elite “Smells” Funny!!
Yes it does smell funny – it’s the herbs, KSM-66, and other supplementation that gives it that smell. But my thoughts are – heck they are capsules! What are you doing smelling them? Just take them and get on with your day.
“I didn’t notice Immediate Results!!!”
Just like any lottery-crazed person, they want immediate results with anything they do. They do just one P90X workout and expect to be ripped to sheds. People – get real – fitness is a LIFESTYLE.
For me personally, I found I had a boost of energy around 5 days of consistent use. My workouts were getting better, and 30 days later I had some great documented evidence as I share in my video above.
Is it Expensive???
Expensive is really based on how much you can afford a certain product, so that is based on your own budget. Make sure that when you take supplements, you THINK. What are your GOALS? What do you really WANT out of your fitness journey? Don’t just fall for any old supplement because Muscle Joe is saying it’s great.
