NO Xplode Review

February 24, 2014 By Coach Bob

NO Xplode ReviewDo you use pre-workout supplements? Someone recently recommended trying the N.O. Xplode supplement. As you may know (if you’ve been here before), I’m a proud Team Beachbody coach, so I don’t often try other supplements. But for the last few weeks I’ve tried this product, and will provide my full NO Xplode Review.

The version that I took was the N.O. Xplode 2.0 Non-Caffeinated version. As you read today’s post on my NO Xplode review, you’ll know why I decided to choose the non-caffeinated version.

Jitters or Runs with NO Xplode Review?

Before I took the first sip, I did a lot of research online. I started seeing some scary things like getting a high heart pace or even diarrhea! OK – I don’t know about you, but I want to use a pre-workout to be strong and make muscle gains – NOT run to the bathroom!!

But that did NOT happen to me during my experience with the product. I did not feel dizzy, jittery, get the runs, or throw-up. In fact, it was the OPPOSITE. I felt focused, clear, and strong. I’ve been using the product for about 3 weeks now, and it has helped with my workouts. And to this point, no issues!

So what is the difference?? Why didn’t I experience the NO Xplode Side Effects?

I really believe it is the caffeine. As I mentioned above, I got the non-caffeinated version of NO Xplode. The recommended daily intake of caffeine is 200-500mg. Coffee alone (just regular coffee) has around 180mg on average, and normally caffeine lasts in your body for about 4-hours. So – combine that with caffeine and the Nitric Oxide boosters in this supplement, and you could experience some serious flushing symptoms.

Below you’ll see I recommend an alternative to NO Xplode. The alternative is a product I promote, but most importantly it is a product I use and believe in. After I’m finished with my NO Xplode, I’m going to go back to the product below. Not because of the jitters or runs concern, but because of the ingredients. I’ll put more stuff up in the next section.

NO Xplode Alternatives?

There are plenty of Pre-workout supplements available on the market. As I mentioned in the video above, the Energy & Endurance preworkout supplement is a good alternative. There are a few ingredients in N.O. Xplode that I’m not too fond of, including:

  • Sucrolose
  • Artificial Sweeteners and Flavoring
  • Red #40

These are artificial and I don’t think add anything good to a fitness person’s lifestyle. What I like about E&E is that it has Stevia, and Natural ingredients to provide a strong focus for your next workout. Obviously, the choice of pre-workout supplement is totally yours!

Have you tried NO Xplode before? If so, comment below and let me know if you had any issues with it or if you like it. Also, if you have any other questions please let me know!

Yours in Making Fitness Fun,

Coach Bob

I’ve been using the new formula of N.O. Xplode twice a week now and it have experienced diarrhea around 20 minutes after taking it EVERY time. I tried different dosages from the classic 1 scoop, to 1/2 a scoop or even 2 scoops and nothing changed. Never had problems with heart racing or anything like that. Personally I don’t really see any real improvement from taking it since I haven’t experienced any tingles or increase in focus, I actually just felt more awake like if I just had a cup of coffee. It might be me, but I will probably try a different one soon and I don’t really suggest it buying it.

Hey thanks for that good review! I actually have started taking AmiNO Energy from Optimum Nutrition which hasn’t given me any problems like a lot say NO Xplode does. I found the best price at Bodybuilding.com. Besides AmiNO energy I normally fall back on the E&E formula that I talk about in the post.

Thanks for stopping by and thanks for the great review!
