TurboFire has 12 sweat-inducing workouts on 10 different DVDs. Even if you are a beginner, feel confident that TurboFire will definitely get you to your weight loss goals fast.

By using the High Intensity Interval Training techniques, you get an afterburn effect. The afterburn effect burns calories up to 24 hours after each workout.

    If you complete the whole 20 wk program, can you go for another round of 20 wks? If so, where do you go back to? I understood that the 4 wk blocks alternate cardio focus then HIIT focus, so do you skip the week 1 to 4 schedule?

    NancyTownsend Sure you could do that; however keep in mind you would be sacrificing any warm-up and cool down times for each out (unless you do those separately yourself)
