STEP #1 – Calculate your Calorie Needs – Before you do anything, you need to know how many calories to plug into the MyFitnessPal app. To do this, CLICK HERE and enter in your weight.
STEP #2 – Go to GOALS in MyFitnessPal and choose CUSTOM settings – Choose the custom settings and enter in your calories from Step #1.
STEP #3 – Enter in your Macronutrients – for 21 Day Fix MyFitnessPal settings, choose 30% protein / 40% carbs / 30% fats.
Last Tip…NEVER add calories into your day after exercise. 21 Day Fix has already figured in the calories that you’ll need in this case.
