21 Day Fix Workout ScheduleThe nice thing about the 21 Day Fix workout schedule is that it literally is only three weeks long and 21 days with no shenanigans. On this page you’ll not only find the 21 Day Fix workout schedule but also the food log that you can use for your daily tracking.

During the 21 Day Fix workout schedule you will quickly notice that you do a workout each day of the week! But rest assured each day of the week is a different type of workout. Workouts like cardio, to Upper, to Lower (Legs), to Pilates and Yoga will all be explored in the 21 Day Fix workout schedule.

The final week you’ll notice double workouts. Something that we recommend for all of our 21 Day Fix challengers is to try and do one in the morning and one in the evening. This way you have two opportunities to get your heart rate up and your metabolism pumping. Of course if doing them back-to-back is the best for your schedule, don’t rule it out as an option.

21 Day Fix Food Log

Alongside of the workout calendar, the 21 Day Fix Food Log is equally important through the success of the program. Even when Cristen started this program, the food log was one of the best points of the program, which helped her lose 2 pounds and 2 inches off her waist in just the first week.
