Why your Shakeology SUCKS might be a strong title, but I need to warn you today. I have had many people find the many benefits of Shakeology, including myself (see my Shakeology review here). BUT I have also had people try the shake and find it less than pleasant!
First off, let’s face it…Shakeology is a “health drink”. Sometimes health doesn’t taste as good as junk food. After all, when was the last time a salad tasted better than a donut?
