P90X3 60 Day Results Progress

P90X3 60 Day Results ProgressI am happy to come back and share my progress update with P90X3. Up to today I’m still really enjoying this program (even more than the original P90X: See P90X vs P90X3). I really like the integration of the moves and programs from P90X and P90X2, packed into just 30 efficient minutes per day.

This past block some of the new workouts are Eccentric Upper, Eccentric Lower, and MMX. I really had a great appreciation for these programs because of the mix of building lean muscle (eccentric workouts) and burning off the fat (MMX).

Here is my P90X3 60 Day Results progress picture from day 1 and day 60. I have to admit that after my P90X results (see the video for those pictures), I was a bit disappointed that I let myself put the fat back on around my stomach. But at the same time, I’m glad I’ve taken a commitment to fitness and clean eating by staying committed to the long-term journey versus the roller coaster of getting back up to my original state. Remember folks, this is a lifestyle journey, not just a quick fix!

P90X3 60 Day Results Progress

If you remember my P90X3 30 Day Results, I mentioned a lot about how the first 30 days your body gets used to your lifestyle. Some will see good results; some will feel like they aren’t getting results.

Now we are in the 30-60 day realm, and your body is getting use to the conditioning and acceleration of P90X3. Here is how you can ensure your next block, Day 60-90, will be extravagant:

  • BRING IT EVEN MORE: No more stopping before the moves are officially ended (you know who you are hehe – I do the same thing). Bring it with as much intensity until Tony says to stop each move. Remember – it’s only 30 minutes, and you so badly want those results, right??
  • WATCH THE FOOD: Make sure you follow that P90X3 Nutrition Guide and track your calories with MyFitnessPal (See: How to Use MyFitnessPal). I honestly don’t want to leave myself open to “intuitive eating” because it has failed me in the past. It’s your call, but I recommend tracking so you can ensure you are 100% successful.
