How the T25 Calendar is all Broken Down – T25 Schedule
There are two phases in the Focus T25 Base Kit. The upgrade option is Focus T25 Gamma, which includes a single phase of 4 weeks focused on strength and endurance.
Alpha Phase Schedule
In the Alpha Phase calendar you are focused on building foundation and using your own body weight with core strength! You’ll get to do workouts such as:
- Alpha Cardio
- Total Body Circuit
- Lower Focus
- Ab Intervals
- Speed 1.0
Beta Phase Schedule
In this part of the Focus T25 Workout Schedule, you’ll focus more on core conditioning with incorporation of some light dumbbells/resistance bands as well.

GAMMA Phase Schedule
In this upgrade option you add weight while building strength and lean muscle.

Can Anyone Do Focus T25?
I have a strong confidence that anyone can start with Focus T25. Even if you have a lot of weight to lose, this program can be STRONGLY Modified (and I recommend taking it easy at first). Then, as you lose weight, you’ll become a success story like Jimmy did (See his story here).
